Eating healthy sometimes means missing out on dessert. Not now! Michelle shows you how to make a light-as-air chocolate mouse meringue and a succulent vegan apple pie with a crust that’s virtually free from saturated fat.
Both the fillings are great on their own and the chocolate mouse makes an elegant dessert served on it’s own in shot glasses.
Note: Although we show options for reducing the carb count, these recipes are not recommended for the induction phase of a Low-Carb plan.

Michelle has always loved to cook, eat and share food with friends. Now she's here to share her healthy recipes with you and hopefully inspire you to create some of your own.
