Protein powder tip #4: Stack ‘em high

It’s really easy to make protein pancakes!

In a blender combine vanilla protein powder, oats and milk to make a thick cream consistency. Add a little bit of sugar, maple syrup or sweetner if you like. Pour into a pre-heated non-stick skillet/frying pan and cook until it bubbles then flip and cook until golden.

For lower net carbs, try using old-fashioned (long cooking) oats and cream, and fry in butter.
