Michelle Koen lives in Adelaide, South Australia, but has travelled the world extensively. Michelle has had a love for food since a young age and has always experimented with new flavours and recipes. Michelle loves exploring markets and sharing food and recipes with friends.
Michelle’s interest in finding and modifying healthy recipes blossomed after she recently took up weight training. When Michelle isn’t in the kitchen or at the gym she can be found running her graphic and web design consultancy. Although this is Michelle’s first time in front of the camera she has had extensive experience behind the microphone where she’s hosted several Breakfast and Drivetime radio shows over the past 10 years.
